I personally like LCD more. Its brighter and has more pop! But many think watching dark scenes where the blacks are displayed well is very important. Plasma does a better job of that.brbrLet me tell you one thing I know from personal experience. LCDs can be damaged easier. My kid threw a pacifier at my LCD and it damaged the screen knocking out a bunch of pixels. LCD screens are soft and fragile. brbrPlasma screens are glass or tough plastic and a pacifier would have bounced right off not harming the screen. If youve got rambunctious little ones, you may want to go with Plasma. brbrDont listen to those who say Plasma doesnt last very long, or suffer from burnin. Those are the old days. Nowadays, you can expect your plasma to last a long time, and you really have to leave static images on your Plasma for a long time to get burn in.
