How can i convince my mom to let me have a cell phone.?
My mom wont let mehave a cell phone i am in th grade. After school i pick up my sister and watch her. when i need to call my mom i cant because we dont have a home phone. I get really good grades. I will be traveling to washington dc over spring break for school and wont be able to call her. please i really need a cell from virgin mobile i can pay for it

Well you could try to make a deal with her. Tell her that from a responsibility standpoint you need a phone to be able to contact her and tell her where you are or,dare I say an emergency should come up. Tell her you will pay for half or something.
