How can i convince my mom to let me have a cell phone?
im about to turn in one month i made the volley ball team so im going to be traveling all the time but ive already tried that on her i dont want to use pay phones when my game is over PS she is veeerrry hard to get her to change her mind help i NEED a cell phone im not saying i want one i need one so i can get a hold of her and i cant get her to under stand that

Im and i just got a cell phonebrbrtell her that it would be safe to have one in emergencies and that if you were out with your friends you could call if there is a problem or something like that. Also tell her you wont charge up the phone bill too much
