Im a crap pc gamer how do i close all programs to load and play games?

Use ControlShiftEscape or ControlAltDelete to bring up Task Manager, click on a program, and hit End Task or right click, click Go to Process, and end the process by selecting it and clicking End Process. Also you can click on your game in Task Manager, right click it, hit Go to Process, right click the process, click Set Priority, High. That will give your game more RAM random access memory, if Im not mistaking to use. Hope I helped!
