Do women have the right?
if a woman gets pregnant and something happens to the man so he cant have any more kids due to an accident or something should that woman have the right to abort his one any only chance of having a child

They have the right, yes. Thats a horrible situation, yes...but thats how it works, presently.brbrId like to say that the men should have rights to their unborn children but at the same time...Im torn. Its the womans body. She should have the right to abort if she wants to...although only after birth does the male have rights to his child. Turn the tables he doesnt want to keep the child and he could be financially tied to the child he never wanted. brbrIts definitely not equal...gives all of the rights to the mother and half of the responsibility to the father, however I cannot find a happy median and Ive thought about this many times. brbrThe only quotokayquot idea Ive come up with is that if the woman doesnt want the child, but the father does...she should have the baby and then turn over all parental rights to the father. I would argue that months of pregnancy is comparable to a lifetime raising the child, as far as stress and responsibility goes.brbrNote I personally could never abort my baby regardless of whether it was an quotaccidentquot or not. I believe children are blessings however, I do not expect others to be bound to morals or beliefs they dont hold. I may not agree with their choice, but I will defend their right to have that choice.
