Im . while i was at school someone stole my G ipod touch. i hav proof of who did it. how can i get him bak?
while i was in PE i had my ipod in my gym locker. when i went back to my locker the ipod was gone. the kid that has a locker right next to me is the one responsible. i know this because . he watches me open my locker everyday and by now has to know the combo to the lock.. and . because i found a screw that is the exact type of screw used to put together his watch.. he even says his watch is missing a screw. i am strong enough to beat him up but i know the consiquence. how can i get him back so he doesnt ever do that again?

Dont resort to violence. First, report it stolen to the principal, or school liason police officer if available. Make sure you are completely sure first, because theft is serious. If they find it on his person, in his locker, or in his home if you are certain its him, he will face a fine, possibly worse. But report it to an authority figure in the school first. If they do not respond or think you are wrong, confront him, ask him up front if he took it. Now, obviously if he took it, he will most likely lie. Ask around about it, maybe someone saw him with it. If you get further evidence about this and the authoritative figures at the school do not act upon it, that is the time to take matters into your own hands, and resort to violence if you think its worth it.
